In a lot of ways, our Reserve Wine Club is special.  While we consider all of our wine clubs to be 90 point wine clubs, we have a special responsibility when people are paying $65 or $100 per bottle for wine.  It isn’t just about 90 point wine at this club level, but instead we have to continue to find not only great wine, but wine which isn’t widely available-even at fine wine stores.  The Aratas Petite Sirah included in this month’s shipment was a great example.  It was only 37 cases in total production, meaning that unless you’re somewhere close to Napa Valley, it simply isn’t going to be available.
